W-X系列新型智能柴油机在船厂建造、安装与运行技术调试过程中,其驱动齿轮齿隙测量是重点和难点,文章对此测量技术进行研究和改进,经生产实践证明,驱动齿轮齿隙测量改进技术能够提高生产精密度,保证质量,提高柴油机和驱动设备运行稳定性。
In the process of construction,installation and technical commissioning of the WX series of new intelligent diesel engines in the shipyard,the backlash measurement of the driving gear is the key and difficult point.This article has been researched and improved on this measurement technology.The production practice proved that the driving gear backlash measurement improved technology.It can improve production precision,ensure quality,and improve the stability of diesel engine and driving equipment.
