摘要
女大学生就业一直以来都是社会讨论的热点问题,女大学生面临就业空间相对狭窄、用人单位性别歧视以及就业成本相对较高的困境,造成就业困境的原因包括社会文化偏见观念、政策法律不健全、用人单位的学历及性别歧视、教育领域的性别刻板、女大学生自我定位不当等。依困境原因提出相应的对策,对于进一步维护女大学生就业权益,实现男女平等就业具有十分积极的意义。
Employment of female college students has always been a hot issue in social discussions.Female college students face the difficulties of relatively narrow employment space,gender discrimination in employers and relatively high employment costs.The causes of employment difficulties include social and cultural biases,inadequate policies and laws.Employers'academic qualifications and gender discrimination,gender stereotypes in education,and female university students'self-orientation.Putting forward corresponding countermeasures according to the reasons of the dilemma has a very positive significance for further safeguarding the employment rights of female college students and achieving equal employment of men and women.
