中医治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺气肿的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema

目的评估中医治疗在急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺气肿中的运用价值,以促进该方法在急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者群体中的推广。方法将我院中医内科于2018年2月至2019年12月收治的107例急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者分成对照组、观察组,予以常规西医治疗、中医治疗。对比两组的疗效,咳、痰、喘症状缓解时间,临床治疗的满意度以及复发率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.15%,高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的咳症状缓解时间为(6.53±0.90)d、痰症状缓解时间为(6.89±0.97)d、喘症状缓解时间为(6.14±0.83)d,均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对临床治疗的满意度为96.30%、半年内复发率为1.85%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺气肿,显效速度快,作用效果显著,可降低患者的复发风险。

Objective To evaluate the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema,so as to promote the promotion of this method in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods One hundred and seven patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive emphysema admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,and conventional western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment were given.The curative effect,relief time of cough,sputum and asthma symptoms,satisfaction with clinical treatment and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.15%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of cough symptom in the observation group was(6.53±0.90)d,sputum symptom relief time was(6.89±0.97)d,and asthmatic symptom relief time was(6.14±0.83)d,all shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group to clinical treatment was 96.30%,and the recurrence rate within half a year was 1.85%,both of which were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive emphysema,the effect is fast,the effect is significant,can reduce the risk of recurrence.
