门诊药房用药咨询服务对临床合理用药与疗效的影响

Evaluation of the Influence of Drug Consultation Service in Outpatient Pharmacy on Clinical Rational Drug Use and Curative Effect

目的分析用药咨询服务在门诊药房用药合理性与有效性方面的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月门诊收治的91例患者,其中46例接受药物咨询服务的患者为A组,45例未接受此服务的患者入B组,观察用药合理性情况。结果不合理用药比较:A组发生率[13.04%(6/46)]低于B组[71.11%(32/45)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。咨询问题比较:关注用药方法的患者最多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药房服务评价:A组96.74分高于B组88.37分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊药房接诊中为患者提供用药咨询服务,可增强患者用药科学性,减少不合理用药和不良反应,提升用药疗效,优化药房服务评价。

Objective To analyze the influence of drug consultation service on rationality and effectiveness of drug use in outpatient pharmacy.Methods Ninety-one cases of outpatients from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected,46 cases of patients receiving drug consultation service were selected as group A,45 cases of patients who did not receive the service were enrolled in group B,and the rationality of drug use was observed.Results The incidence of unreasonable drug use in group A[13.04%(6/46)]was lower than that in group B[71.11%(32/45)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the consulting questions,the number of patients concerned with the medication method was the largest,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the evaluation of pharmacy service,group A 96.74 points was higher than group B(88.37points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing medication consultation service for patients in outpatient pharmacy can enhance the scientificity of patients'medication,reduce irrational drug use and adverse reactions,improve drug efficacy,and optimize pharmacy service evaluation.
