血管内介入治疗后联合丁苯酞氯化钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of combined Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Butylphthalide and Sodium Chloride after Intravascular Intervention

目的探究急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗桥接血管内介入治疗后应用丁苯酞氯化钠治疗的临床疗效。方法选取急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗桥接血管内介入治疗后患者86例,依据治疗方法的不同将其随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组采取标准药物治疗,观察组在标准药物治疗基础上加用丁苯酞氯化钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)、改良Rankin量表(mRS)。结果两组患者治疗前NIHSS评分、MBI指数、mRS评分比较无显著差异常(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者的NIHSS评分、MBI指数、mRS评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者静脉溶栓治疗桥接血管内介入治疗后联合丁苯酞氯化钠治疗疗效确切,能有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经缺损功能、日常生活活动能力以及神经功能恢复状态。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction after bridging intravascular interventional therapy with butylphthalide sodium chloride.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction after intravenous thrombolytic therapy bridging intravascular interventional therapy were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The control group took standard drug treatment,and the observation group was added to the standard drug treatment.Treat with butylphthalide sodium chloride.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),and Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The NIHSS score,MBI index and mRS score of the two groups of patients before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score,MBI index,and mRS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction,bridging intravascular interventional therapy,combined with butylphthalide sodium chloride has a definite effect,and it can effectively improve the neurological deficit function,activities of daily living and neurological recovery in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
