导乐陪伴分娩在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果

Application Effect of Doula Accompanied Childbirth in Puerpera

目的探讨导乐陪伴分娩在自然分娩产妇中的应用效果。方法选择100例于2015年6月至2016年6月在我院拟自然分娩的产妇,随机原则分为观察组(n=50,实施导乐陪伴分娩护理)和对照组(n=50,采取常规分娩护理)。对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果观察组各阶段产程更短,剖宫产率和产后出血率更低,观察组产妇产后出血量更少,产妇疼痛程度更低,新生儿Apgar评分和对护理满意度更高,与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自然分娩产妇实施导乐陪伴分娩护理,能够显著降低产妇的剖宫产率,缩短产妇的产程,降低产后出血率,减少产后出血量,对于促进产妇顺利分娩,确保母婴健康具有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of doula accompanying delivery in puerpera during natural delivery.Methods A total of 100 cases of parturients who planned to give birth naturally in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=50,implementation of doula accompany delivery care)and control group(n=50,adopt routine childbirth care).compare the nursing effect of the two groups of parturients.Results Observation group has shorter labor in all stages,lower cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate,observation group has less postpartum hemorrhage,lower maternal pain,and higher newborn Apgar score and satisfaction with care,compared with control group,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Doula accompanied delivery nursing can significantly reduce the cesarean section rate,shorten the labor process,reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,for the promotion of smooth delivery,to ensure maternal and child health is of great significance.
