优质护理对冠心病合并糖尿病患者临床疗效的影响

Effect of High-quality Nursing on Clinical Outcomes of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨优质护理对冠心病合并糖尿病患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取本院收治的94例冠心病合并糖尿病患者,采用黄绿双色球法将其分成两组各47例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用优质护理,护理后比较两组患者的疗效、不良反应发生情况和护理满意度。结果观察组治疗有效率95.74%(45/47)明显高于对照组78.72%(37/47)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.38%(3/47)明显低于对照组23.40%(11/47)(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.87%)明显高于对照组(82.98%)(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施优质护理能够有效减轻临床体征及症状,降低不良反应发生风险,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on the clinical efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods Ninety-four patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to the yellow-green two-color ball method.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group used high-quality nursing on this basis.Prognosis,adverse events,and care satisfaction were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.74%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.72%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.38%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.40%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.87%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.98%)(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes can effectively improve the clinical signs and symptoms of patients,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
