整体护理在胆结石手术患者护理中的应用及对并发症发生率的影响

Application of Holistic Nursing in the Nursing Care of Patients with Gallstone Surgery and the Influence of Complication Rate

目的通过对胆结石手术患者采用整体护理干预,探究其护理效果以及对并发症发生率的影响。方法将我院于2019年4月至2020年5月收治的30例胆结石手术患者作为研究对象,在所有患者知情自愿的前提下,采用随机分配的方式,将患者平均分为参照组和整体护理组,每组15例。参照组患者接受常规护理,整体护理组患者在参照组的基础上则接受额外针对性、精细化护理干预。比较近13个月间搜集的两组患者对护理质量满意度和相关并发症发生概率等数据的分析结果。结果整体护理组患者满意度为93.33%,参照组患者满意度为60%;在相关并发症发生概率情况的数据比较中,并发症发生概率为6.67%的整体护理组,也明显优于并发症发生概率为20%的常规参照组。结论针对性、精细化的整体护理,对于控制、改善胆结石手术患者在接受治疗期间的各项病理指标,能够发挥重要作用。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients undergoing gallstone surgery and its effect on complication rate.Methods Thirty patients admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to May 2020 were treated as experimental subjects,and were randomly assigned,and were divided into routine reference group and holistic nursing group on the premise of informed voluntary.Routine nursing was performed on the routine reference group,and the holistic nursing group received additional targeted and refined nursing intervention on this basis.Compared with the two groups of patients collected in the last 13 months,the satisfaction and satisfaction with nursing quality results of data analysis such as probability of occurrence of related complications.Results The patient satisfaction of the holistic nursing group was 93.33%and that of the routine reference group was 60%.In the data comparison of the probability of occurrence of related complications,the holistic nursing group with the probability of occurrence of complications was 6.67%,which was also obviously superior to the routine reference group with the probability of occurrence of complications of 20%.Conclusion High-quality and fine targeted holistic nursing can play an important role in controlling and improving the pathological indexes of patients undergoing gallstone surgery.
