早期康复护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能和生活质量的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Nerve Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨早期康复护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能和生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年2月在本院行手术治疗的82例脑出血患者,随机分为对照组(40例)和早康组(42例)。对照组给予常规护理和康复锻炼,早康组在对照组基础上增加早期康复护理。对比两组术后神经功能恢复情况,并监测两组预后生活质量。结果早康组术后72 h、4周和3个月mRS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);早康组术后3个月ADL评分[(86.39±13.56)分]显著高于对照组[(75.03±14.05)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理可有效促进患者术后神经功能恢复,改善神经功能障碍,进而提升患者生活活动能力,有助于脑出血患者预后改善。

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative nerve function and quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and zaokang group(42 cases).The control group was given routine care and rehabilitation exercises,and the zaokang group added early rehabilitation care to the control group.The postoperative neurological function recovery of the two groups was compared,and the prognostic quality of life of the two groups was monitored.Results The mRS scores of the zaokang group at 72 h,4 weeks and 3 months after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the zaokang group had ADL scores at 3 months after operation[(86.39±13.56)points]Was significantly higher than the control group[(75.03±14.05)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the recovery of postoperative nerve function,improve the neurological dysfunction,and then enhance the life activity of patients,help to improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
