舒适护理在阑尾炎患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of Comfort Nursing in Appendicitis Operation and its Influence on Quality of Life

目的分析舒适护理在阑尾炎患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2020年6月在大连市金州区中医医院接受手术治疗的136例阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组68例。对照组患者实施常规围手术期护理,观察组实施舒适护理。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者术后各项指标恢复时间均明显短于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够提高阑尾炎手术患者的护理质量,有效促进患者术后快速恢复,且能够降低并发症发生率,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with appendicitis operation and its influence on the quality of life.Methods A total of 136 patients with appendicitis who received surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects.The above patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing,while those in the observation group received comfortable nursing.Postoperative recovery,complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of all indicators in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can improve the nursing quality of patients with appendicitis surgery,effectively promote the rapid recovery of patients after surgery,and can reduce the incidence of surgical complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
