脑梗死患者康复护理和基础护理实施效果

Study on the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing and Basic Nursing for Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨脑梗死患者康复护理和基础护理实施效果。方法将我院2017年4月至2019年8月的80例脑梗死患者,随机分为基础护理组以及康复护理组,每组40例。比较效果。结果康复护理组健康知识宣教实施的满意率、康复环境满意率、护理人员态度满意率、护理人员技能满意率、人文关怀满意率、SCL-90心理健康评定量表评分以及Barthel指数、简化Fugl-Meyer评分、脑梗死疾病知识的认知程度、脑梗死康复锻炼注意事项的掌握度、住院的平均时间均优于基础护理组,P<0.05。结论脑梗死患者实施康复护理可获得较好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing and basic nursing for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction from April 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into 40 cases in each group.Basic nursing group and rehabilitation nursing group.Compare results.Results In the rehabilitation nursing group,the satisfaction rate of health knowledge publicity and education,the satisfaction rate of rehabilitation environment,the satisfaction rate of nurses'attitude,the satisfaction rate of nurses'skills,the satisfaction rate of humanistic care,the score of SCL-90 mental health assessment scale and Barthel index,the simplified Fugl-Meyer score,the cognition degree of cerebral infarction disease knowledge,the mastery degree of cerebral infarction rehabilitation exercise precautions the average time of hospitalization was better than that of basic nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can get better effect.
