摘要 目的了解耐药肺结核护理中开展健康教育的方法与效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年8月的76例耐药肺结核患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组采取常规干预,健康教育护理服务组在常规措施的基础上开展健康教育。比较两组满意水平、疾病发病机制和用药的了解程度、健康状况评分、自我管理水平、生存质量情况和治疗过程不良事件出现的情况。结果健康教育护理服务组的满意水平、疾病发病机制和用药的了解程度、健康状况评分、自我管理水平、生存质量情况和治疗过程不良事件出现的情况均优于常规护理服务组的相关指标,P<0.05。结论耐药肺结核患者实施健康教育效果确切,可有效提高患者疾病发病机制和用药的了解程度,提升患者自我管理能力,改善患者生存质量,有利于提高患者的满意度。 Objective To understand the method and effect of health education in nursing care of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Seventysix patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The routine nursing service group adopted routine interventions,and the health education nursing service group carried out health education on the basis of routine measures.Compare the two groups'satisfaction level,disease pathogenesis and understanding of medication,health status score,self-management level,quality of life and adverse events during treatment.Results The level of satisfaction,the understanding of disease pathogenesis and medication,the score of health status,the level of self-management,the quality of life and the occurrence of adverse events in the health education nursing service group were better than those in the routine nursing service group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of health education for patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis is accurate,which can effectively improve patients'understanding of disease pathogenesis and medication,improve patients'self-management ability,improve their quality of life,and help to improve patients'satisfaction.
