摘要
牡丹籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达92%,其中α-亚麻酸的含量为40%左右,远高于其他食用植物油。综述牡丹籽油的研究进展,分析油用牡丹的综合利用价值,展望牡丹籽油的开发前景,以期为进一步研究和开发牡丹籽油产品提供依据。
The peony seed oil content of unsaturated fatty acid(UFA)is as high as 92%,and the content of omega-linolenic acid is about 40%,which was dozens of times higher than other edible vegetable oils.This paper reviewed the development,analyzed the comprehensive utilization of peony seed oil,and prospected the development prospect of peony seed oil,with a view to providing important basis for the research and development of peony seed oil.
