高职人才培养中1+X认证的现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of1+X Certification in Higher Vocational Education

为进一步探索高职人才培养,在对学生职业技能认证现状进行调查的基础上,从学生、学校和企业三个角度总结认证中存在的主要问题,并分析造成问题的主要原因。最后,以省品牌专业为例,明确基于1+X证书制度的人才培养思路,制定人才培养实施方案,实现高素质、高技能人才的培养。

In order to further explore the cultivation of higher vocational talents,on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of students'vocational skill certification,the main problems in the certification are summarized from three angles of students,schools and enterprises,and the main causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,taking the province's brand specialty as an example,this paper makes clear the personnel training ideas based on the 1+X certificate system,formulates the implementation plan of personnel training,and realizes the training of high-quality and high skilled personnel.
