产教融合视域下职业院校创新型人才培育实践研究——以无锡市为例

Research on Cultivating Innovative Talents in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industry-education Integration:Taking Wuxi as an Example

无锡地处长三角区域中心,是高科技产业聚集之地,亟需大量的高技能创新型人才。以无锡为研究样本,立足无锡产业发展、长三角一体化进程和国际经济局势变革,从政府、企业、行业、学校等方面,通过政策制度、创新联盟、平台打造、教学改革等维度,探索适应新形势要求的职业院校创新型人才培养机制与路径,为服务区域经济社会发展打造人才培养高地。

Wuxi,located in the geometric center of the Yangtze River Delta,is the gathering place of high-tech industries and is in urgent need of a large number of highly skilled and innovative talents.Taking Wuxi as the research sample,based on the industrial development of Wuxi,the integration process of Yangtze River Delta and the reform of international economic situation,from the government,enterprises,industries,schools and other aspects,through the policy system,innovation alliance,platform building,teaching reform and other dimensions,this paper explores the training mechanism and path of innovative talents in vocational colleges to meet the requirements of the new situation,create a talent training highland,and serve the regional economic and social development.
