摘要
创客教育在创造性人才培养方面的功能倍受关注,创客教育实践效果受制于多种因素。针对此问题,文章以PEST分析法为分析框架,对创客教育的外部环境进行了剖析。分析发现:在政治法律环境方面,创客教育的直接指导政策缺乏,没有形成系统的政策体系;在经济环境方面,创客教育的市场前景良好,但是存在资金不足、区域发展不均衡等问题;在社会文化方面,创客教育有优厚的文化理念支撑,对社会文化有促进作用;在技术环境方面,互联网和5G技术便捷了创客教育的信息交互,前沿技术丰富了创客教育形式和内容。基于以上分析,提出了出台创客教育实施和评价标准,规范创客教育校内校外管理体系,扶持创客文化产业,引入传统工艺等建议。
In recent years,the function of maker education in the training of creative talents has attracted much attention,and the practical effect of maker education is restricted by many factors.Aiming at this problem,this paper analyzes the external environment of maker education with PEST analysis method as the analysis framework.The analysis shows that in terms of political and legal environment,there is a lack of direct guidance policy for maker education and no systematic policy system has been formed.In terms of economic environment,maker education has a good market prospect,but there are problems such as insufficient funds and unbalanced regional development.In terms of social culture,maker education is supported by favorable cultural concepts and promotes social culture.In terms of technological environment,the Internet and 5G technology facilitate the information exchange of maker education,and cutting-edge technology enriches the form and content of maker education.Based on the above analysis,some suggestions are put forward,such as introducing the implementation and evaluation standards of maker education,standardizing the management system within and outside the school of maker education,supporting maker cultural industry,and introducing traditional technology.
