摘要
英国大学的就业力培养历经百年,发展至今已形成内涵丰富的多层次体系。近年来的改革与英国大学培养目标的转型以及劳动力市场对高阶技能人才的需求有关。这体现在三个方面:一是政府加强了对英国大学就业力培养的扶持与监管;二是拓展就业力内涵,开发就业力培养体系;三是开展就业力导向的课程与教学改革。我国大学应加大就业力培养的改革力度,深化课程与教学改革,建立具有中国特色的就业力培养目标体系,实现该领域的新突破。
The development of employability has gone through more than 100 years in universities of UK,which has formed the multi-level systems with rich connotations.Due to the shift in the goal of cultivation in universities and the need for high-level skill talents,the development of employability in universities of UK has constantly reformed.This has been refleced in three aspects.First,the government has reinforced the support and supervision for the development of employability in universities.Second,the connotation of employability has been expanded and the system of goals in the development of employability has been formed.Third,the reforms of curriculum and teaching with employability-oriented has been implemented.The reforms of the development of employability in universities in China should be reinforced and that of curriculum and teaching should be deepened.The objective systems of the development of employability should be created with Chinese charactersitics to have a new breakthrough in this aspect.
