摘要
为研究裤子弹性及运动速度对膝关节角的影响,文章选取身材相近的5名受试者和3条裤子,利用三维动作捕捉仪获取受试者在3种运动速度下的膝关节角。结果表明:裤子弹性对人体膝关节角有显著影响,正常行走和慢跑时,穿弹力裤时的膝关节角比穿宽松裤在腾空期可减小7.87°;运动速度对支撑期和后腾空期的膝关节角有较大影响,即对于宽松裤,速度越大,膝关节角越小;裤子弹性及运动速度对平均单步周期都有显著影响,即在运动速度相同、且较高时,弹力裤的平均单步周期明显小于宽松裤。研究表明:穿弹性裤子对膝关节具有明显的保护作用,建议在运动时尽量穿弹力紧身服。
In order to investigate the effect of pants elasticity and movement speed on angle of knee joint,5 subjects with similar stature and 3 pants were chosen.The 3D motion capture instrument was employed to obtain the angle of knee joint(AKJ)when the 5 subjects were wearing the pants at different movement speeds.Results showed that pants elasticity had significant influence on human AKJ.When walking and jogging,AKJ in the suspension period of elastic pants can be reduced by 7.87°compared with that of slacks.The movement speed had significant influence on AKJ at supporting period and post-suspension period.For slacks,the higher the speed was,the smaller the AKJ would be.Besides,both pants elasticity and movement speed had significant influence on the average single step cycle.If the speed was the same and high,the average single step cycle of elastic pants was lower obviously than that of slacks.Since wearing elastic pants can have obvious protective function on human knee,it is advisable that elastic tight garment should be worn during exercise.
