摘要
为了分析含铅PVC排水管在不同介质中铅的溶出量和溶出规律,对PVC管中的铅含量进行了定量分析,根据铅含量将PVC管分为低、中、高三个水平,并根据其用途差异,在不同的介质(模拟酸雨、4%(体积分数)乙酸及模拟自来水)中对其进行溶出分析。结果表明:铅含量越高,铅的溶出量越高;溶出时间越久,铅的溶出量越高,且溶出速率随着时间变化递减;4%(体积分数)乙酸对铅的溶出能力最强,而模拟酸雨及模拟自来水对铅的溶出能力无明显差异。
In order to research the amount and rule of lead leaching in different stimulants of PVC drainage pipe,the content of lead in PVC pipe was quantitatively analyzed.According to the lead content,the PVC pipe was divided into three levels:low,medium and high content.According to their different uses,the leaching analysis was carried out in different stimulants(simulated acid rain,4%(volume fraction)acetic acid and simulated tap water).The results show that the higher the content of lead,the higher the amount of lead leaching;the longer leaching time,the higher the amount of lead leaching,and the leaching rate decreases with time;4%(volume fraction)acetic acid has the strongest leaching capacity for lead,but there is no significant difference between simulated acid rain and simulated tap water.
