摘要
采用正交试验对后吸法工艺中影响绝缘料性能的三个因素——吸收时间、吸收温度和振荡频率进行分析,评测绝缘料的特征性能,重点分析负荷热延伸性能、电气强度可靠性参数;同时将其与国内外主流产品进行对比。结果表明:最优工艺条件为16 h(吸收时间)、70℃(吸收温度)、10 min-1(振荡频率),该工艺条件下所得试样的各项性能均符合标准,且均与市售高压绝缘料同类产品等同,其中复配物的抗老化性能和介电性能更优。
Orthogonal test was used to analyze the three factors affecting the performance of insulating materials in the backward suction process,such as the absorption time,the absorption temperature and the oscillation frequency.The characteristic properties of insulating materials were evaluated,and the load thermal elongation performance and electrical strength reliability parameters were emphatically analyzed.At the same time,it was compared with the mainstream products at home and abroad.The results show that the optimal process conditions are 16 h(absorption time),70℃(absorption temperature),and 10 min-1(oscillation frequency).All the properties of the samples obtained under the technological conditions are all up to the standard,and are equal to those of the commercial high-voltage insulation material,and the anti-aging and dielectric properties of the composites are better.
