摘要
针对热塑性塑料齿轮的特点,提出了塑料齿轮的设计、修正和强度校核方法,以及模具制造与加工的要求,进一步提高了塑料齿轮的精准性和可靠性。
In view of the characteristics of thermoplastic gear,the design,modification and strength checking method of plastic gear are proposed,as well as the requirements of mold manufacturing and processing,which further improve the precision and reliability of plastic gear.
