摘要
通过对调湿方法、预调湿、预张力三个方面的探索,改进了锦纶工业长丝干热收缩率测试方法。结果表明:锦纶工业长丝在进行干热收缩率测试前,采用10 m长的绞丝进行调湿,可以大大缩短调湿时间至4 h;锦纶工业长丝在进行干热收缩率测试前,应进行预调湿处理,预调湿建议采用50℃处理30 min的方案;热处理预张力偏差降为0.001 cN/dtex,可有效降低测试误差。
By exploring the aspects of humidity control method, pre-conditioning and pre-tension, the test method of shrinkage in hot air of polyamide industrial filament yarn has been improved. The results show that conditioning time can be greatly reduced to 4 hours by using 10 m skein before tested;pre-conditioning is needed before testing and the suggested method is drying at 50 ℃ for 30 min;test error can be effectively reduced, when the pre-tension deviation during heat treatment is reduced to 0.001 cN/dtex.
