基于医疗单元中心化的肿瘤多学科诊疗模式探索

Exploration of Multidisciplinary Team(MDT)Mode for Cancer Therapy Based on the Centralisation of Medical Units

肿瘤多学科诊疗模式已成为国际趋势,受到越来越多医院的高度重视,但各家医院采取的组织模式呈多样化发展,也不同程度存在一些问题。通过对中国科学院合肥肿瘤医院多学科诊疗发展历程、创新模式及存在问题的总结分析,提出基于医疗单元中心化的肿瘤多学科诊疗模式,创新性地构建了"实体化、全流程、全覆盖、信息化"多学科诊疗管理体系,提升多学科诊疗的工作效率,让更多患者从中受益。

Multidisciplinary team(MDT)mode has become an international tendency.More and more hospitals are paying high attention to MDT.However,the organization models adopted by hospitals are diversity.There are some problems in various degrees.Through summarizing and analyzing the development,innovation mode and existing problems of MDT in Hefei Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Sciences,the paper proposes the new MDT mode for cancer therapy based on the centralization of medical units to construct the new MDT management system with the merits of substantialization,whole processes,full coverage and informatization.This new mode improves the operation efficiency of MDT,so that more patients can benefit from MDT.
