基于管理流程的高效编纂医院院志策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Efficient Compilation of Hospital Chronicles Based on Management Process

医院院志是记录医院发展历程的资料性著述,属于部门志书。开展院志编纂工作,是传承历史的现实需要,也是一项浩繁复杂的系统工程。以编纂《河南省儿童医院郑州儿童医院志》为例,阐明其存史、资政、育人的重要现实作用,基于前期准备、篇目设计、资料搜集、分撰初稿、总撰校审等流程管理下,探索出在统筹人力资源、流程相扣把控、充分借助外力、突出专业特色等方面有效可行的策略,以期为高效编纂医院院志提供参考。

Hospital chronicles which belongs to the department chronicle is a record of the development of the hospital.The compilation of hospital chronicles is not only the practical need of inheriting history,but also a huge and complicated systematic project.Through taking the compilation of Henan children’s hospital chronicles as an example,the paper expounds its importance in history,administration and education.Based on the process management of preliminary preparation,item design,data collection,separate draft compilation,general compilation and printing,it explores effective and feasible strategies in aspects of coordinating human resources,process control,full use of external forces and prominent of the times,in order to provide reference for compiling hospital chronicles efficiently.
