“5+2”间歇性断食联合中链三酰甘油对超重/肥胖患者体脂及糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:3

Effects of′5+2′intermittent fasting combined with medium-chain triglyceride on body fat and glycolipid metabolism in overweight/obese patients

摘要 目的探讨“5+2”间歇性断食(IF)模式联合中链三酰甘油(MCT)对超重/肥胖患者体脂及糖脂代谢的影响。方法将68例超重/肥胖患者随机分为IF+MCT组和IF组,各34例。IF+MCT组采用“5+2”IF联合MCT方案进行干预,IF组采用“5+2”IF方案干预。比较2组患者干预前及干预12周后体格测量、体成分分析、血液实验室检测指标的变化情况。结果干预后,两组患者的体质指数、体重、肥胖度、腰围、臀围、身体总脂肪、体脂率、内脏脂肪面积、内脏脂肪等级、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C水平均下降(均P<0.05),HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05);IF+MCT组患者腰臀比、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C均低于IF组,HDL-C高于IF组(均P<0.05)。结论“5+2”IF联合MCT与单纯“5+2”IF干预均可降低超重/肥胖患者的体脂,改善糖脂代谢,但联合干预对腰臀比及血脂改善的效果更好。 Objective To explore the effects of′5+2′intermittent fasting(IF)pattern combined with medium-chain triglyceride(MCT)on body fat and glycolipid metabolism in overweight/obese patients.Methods Sixty-eight overweight/obese patients were randomly divided into IF+MCT group(n=34)and IF group(n=34).The IF+MCT group adopted′5+2′IF combined with MCT regimen for intervention,and the IF group received intervention with the′5+2′IF regimen.Before intervention and after 12 weeks of intervention,changes in physical measurements,body composition analysis and blood laboratory test indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,body mass index,body weight,obesity degree,waist circumference,hip circumference,total body fat,body fat rate,visceral fat area,visceral fat level,FBG,fasting insulin,homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index,TC,TG,and LDL-C levels were decreased in the two groups(all P<0.05),while the level of HDL-C was increased(P<0.05);compared with the IF group,patients in the IF+MCT group had lower waist-to-hip ratio,TC,TG and LDL-C as well as higher HDL-C(all P<0.05).Conclusion Both′5+2′IF combined with MCT and simple′5+2′IF can reduce body fat and improve glycolipid metabolism in overweight/obese patients,whereas combined intervention has better effects on waist-to-hip ratio and improvements in blood lipid.
