伊班膦酸钠与唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Ibandronate Sodium and Zoledronic Acid in the Treatment of Lung Cancer Patients with Bone Metastases

目的:探讨伊班膦酸钠与唑来膦酸治疗肺癌骨转移患者的临床效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2018年12月本院收治的肺癌骨转移患者148例,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各59例。对照组采用唑来膦酸治疗,研究组采用伊班膦酸钠治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、疼痛症状评分、生活质量评分、血清碱性磷酸酶、血清磷、血清钙、血小板、血红蛋白、白细胞水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.128,P<0.05)。研究组疼痛症状评分低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,研究组血清碱性磷酸酶、血清磷、血清钙水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个疗程后,研究组血小板、白细胞、血红蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.890,P>0.05)。结论:在肺癌骨转移治疗中,伊班膦酸钠效果显著,可减轻患者的疼痛,提高患者的生活质量,明显改善各因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Ibandronate Sodium and Zoledronic Acid in the treatment of patients with lung cancer and bone metastases.Method:A total of 148 patients with bone metastases of lung cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group using a random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zoledronic Acid,and the study group was treated with Ibandronate Sodium.The curative effect,pain symptom score,quality of life score,serum alkaline phosphatase,serum phosphorus,serum calcium,platelet,hemoglobin,white blood cell levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.128,P<0.05).The pain symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the KPS score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the serum alkaline phosphatase,serum phosphorus and serum calcium levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After one course of treatment,the levels of platelets,white blood cells and hemoglobin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ^2=1.890,P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lung cancer with bone metastases,Ibandronate has a significant effect,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and significantly improve the level of various factors,it is worthy of clinical application.
