风险在紧密联系、互动频繁的当今世界普遍存在,任何一个政党执政都会产生风险,因为执政党的权力运行本身就是一个附带风险的过程。国际局势的巨大变化,国内改革的深入推进,执政历史的持续延伸,都要求新时代的中国共产党人强化政治、意识形态、经济、科技、社会、外部环境、党的建设等领域的执政风险意识。要以“全面观”强化系统风险意识,以“两点观”强化重点风险意识,以“辩证观”强化双重性风险意识,以“发展观”强化动态性风险意识,科学精准研判执政风险,增强对执政风险的鉴别力,提升防范和化解执政风险的能力。

Risks are common in today’s world with frequent connections and interactions.Any party in power could have risks because the process of power operation of the ruling party itself is an incidental risk.The world today is in a state of unprecedented change in a century.The in-depth advancement of domestic reforms and the continuous extension of the party’s governing history require strengthen in politics,economy,ideology,science and technology,society,foreign affairs,and the awareness of governance risk of party building of the Chinese Communists in the new era.Strength the systemic risk awareness of the Chinese Communists in the new era with the“comprehensive view”,strength the critical risk awareness of the Chinese Communists in the new era with“two points of view”,and strength the dual risk awareness of the Chinese Communists in the new era with“dialectic view”,strength the awareness of the dynamic risks of the Chinese Communists in the new era with the“development view”.Judge the governance risks scientifically and accurately,strength the ability to discern the governance risks,and enhance the ability to prevent and resolve governance risks.
