摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是严重危害全球养猪行业的烈性传染病,其病原体猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)具有严格的细胞嗜性。PRRSV入侵靶细胞与细胞受体密切相关,已发现多种细胞受体和关键分子在PRRSV感染过程中发挥作用,包含CD163受体、唾液酸黏附素(Sn或CD169)、硫酸乙酰肝素(HepS)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)、CD151受体以及MYH9、CD209和Siglec-10分子等,其中研究最广泛的是CD163受体。作者前期研究发现,不同来源的CD163蛋白对不同PRRSV毒株入侵靶细胞有重要影响。论文对CD163等受体在PRRSV感染中的作用进行总结,为新型抗PRRSV感染的疫苗与药物研制提供新思路。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is a severe infectious disease that jeopardizes the global swine industry.The etiologic agent,PRRS virus(PRRSV),has strict cell tropism.PRRSV infection is closely associated with cell receptors.Up to date,several cell receptors and key molecules have been found to play roles in PRRSV infection,including CD163,sialoadhesin(Sn or CD169),heparan sulfate(HepS),vimentin,CD151,MYH9,CD209 and Siglec-10 molecules.Among which,the CD163 is the most widely studied receptor.Our previous study showed that distinct CD163 molecules have a significant influence on the invasion of different PRRSV strains to target cells.This review summarized the roles of diverse cell receptors during the infection of different PRRSV strains,which would provide new insights for the development of new vaccines and antiviral drugs against PRRSV infection.
