鸡球虫病(Chicken coccidiosis)是由艾美耳属(Eimeria)的多种球虫分别寄生于鸡小肠和盲肠上皮细胞内所引起的寄生虫病,对养殖业危害严重,易侵害15日龄~50日龄的雏鸡,发病率和病死率高,且成年鸡隐性带虫现象极其常见。论文就当前鸡养殖中用到的各类药物,包括化学合成类抗球虫药、抗生素类抗球虫药、中药类抗球虫药以及抗球虫疫苗进行了综述分析,为实际生产中防治鸡球虫病提供参考。

Chicken coccidiosis is a parasitic disease caused by a variety of coccidian organisms that parasitise in the epithelial cells of small intestine and caecum of chickens.It primarily infects 15-50 days-old chicks and severely harms to the breeding industry because of the high morbidity and mortality as well as the extremely common recessive infestation in adult chickens.The current article reviewed the various anticoccidial drugs used in chicken breeding,including chemically synthesized anticoccidial drugs,antibiotic anticoccidial drugs,traditional Chinese anticoccidial drugs and anticoccidial vaccines.The review analysis can provide reference for the control of chicken coccidiosis in actual production.
