伊维菌素微乳剂的绵羊安全性试验

Safety Test of Ivermectin Microemulsion in Sheep

为了进行30 g/L伊维菌素微乳剂的安全性试验,以《中国兽药典》(2015年版)为指导,选用绵羊作为靶动物,采用1、3、5倍剂量皮下注射,通过临床表现观察,血液学参数、生化指标进行考察。结果表明,靶动物安全性试验中,所有试验组给药后,临床表现均正常,各项血液学及生化指标均在正常范围内,各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明伊维菌素微乳剂在5倍剂量给药时对靶动物仍安全。通过靶动物安全性试验,为伊维菌素微乳剂的安全性评价提供了依据。

In order to conduct the safety test of the 30 g/L Ivermectin Microemulsion,sheep were selected as target animals under the guidance of《Veterinary Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China》(2015 edition).1,3 and 5 times doses of Ivermectin Microemulsion were used for subcutaneous injection in sheep,and then clinical manifestations,hematological parameters and biochemical indicators of sheep were observed.The results showed that:in the target animal safety test,all the sheep in the test group presented normal clinical manifestations after drug injection,and the hematological and biochemical indicators were within the normal range,without significant difference in each indicator(P>0.05).It suggested that Ivermectin Microemulsion was still safe after 5 times of dose injection to target animals,and provided a basis for the safety evaluation of ivermectin microemulsion preparations.
