慢性胃炎门诊患者应用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗的有效性及对患者QOL评分的影响

Efficacy of Omeprazole Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis Outpatients and Its Influence on QOL Score of Patients

目的:探讨慢性胃炎门诊患者应用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗的有效性及对患者生活质量(QOL)评分的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月本院收治的慢性胃炎门诊患者79例,依据随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=39)。对照组应用奥美拉唑治疗,研究组应用奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状积分、QOL评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后上腹部胀痛、灼烧感及反酸症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后各项QOL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗慢性胃炎门诊患者效果显著,能明显改善患者上腹部胀痛、灼烧感以及反酸等症状,提高生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的有效性和安全性,值得临床大力推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Omeprazole combined with Amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic gastritis outpatients and its influence on quality of life (QOL) score.Method:A total of 79 outpatients with chronic gastritis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into study group (n=40) and control group (n=39) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the study group was treated with Omeprazole combined with Amoxicillin.The treatment effect,clinical symptom score,QOL score and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The score of upper abdominal pain,burning sensation and acid reflux symptom in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).All QOL scores in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with Amoxicillin has a significant effect in the treatment of outpatients with chronic gastritis,which can significantly improve the symptoms such as upper abdominal distention,burning sensation and acid reflux,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high efficacy and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
