第一磨牙临床冠高度对无托槽隐形矫治效果影响的研究

Influence of the First Molar’s Clinical Crown Height on Effect of Invisible Orthodontic Technology without Brackets

目的:探讨第一磨牙临床冠高度对无托槽隐形矫治效果的影响。方法:选择2016年3月-2018年5月于本院就诊的接受无托槽隐形矫治患者46例。测量其治疗前第一磨牙临床冠高度,治疗结束后以ICON指数评价其疗效;分析第一磨牙临床冠高度与无托槽隐形矫治效果的相关性。结果:46例患者治疗前的第一临床冠平均高度为(5.66±0.86)mm。46例患者中,17例获得很大改善,27例获得较大改善,2例获得中等改善。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,第一磨牙临床冠高度与治疗效果呈明显正相关(r=0.619,P<0.001)。结论:无托槽隐形矫治过程中,第一临床冠高度值低于4.5 mm时,可能使治疗效果降低。

Objective:To investigate the influence of the first molar’s clinical crown height on the effect of invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets.Method:From March 2016 to May 2018,46 patients who received invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets were selected.The clinical crown height of the first molar before treatment was measured,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by ICON index after treatment.The correlation between the clinical crown height of the first molar and the effect of invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets was analyzed.Result:The average height of the first clinical crown was (5.66±0.86) mm.Among 46 patients,17 cases achieved great improvement,27 cases achieved great improvement,and 2 cases achieved moderate improvement.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the clinical crown height of the first molar was positively correlated with the treatment effect (r=0.619,P<0.001).Conclusion:In the process of invisible orthodontic technique without brackets,when the height of the first clinical crown is lower than 4.5mm,the therapeutic effect may be reduced.
