摘要
目的:探究对牙周病所致前牙移位患者应用口腔方丝弓矫正器治疗的有效性。方法:抽取60例2018年9月-2019年6月在本院接受诊治的牙周病所致上前牙移位的患者。采用等量数字随机方式进行分组,试验组和对照组各30例。两组均进行牙周疾病基础治疗,对照组在此基础上采用正畸治疗,试验组在此基础上采用口腔方丝弓矫正器治疗。分析两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组的牙周袋深度、出血指数、前牙覆盖情况及牙槽高度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的白介素-2、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用口腔方丝弓矫正器对牙周病所致前牙位移患者进行治疗,有利于改善患者临床指标,优化血清细胞因子水平,还能够改善患者临床症状,优化临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of oral edgewise arch orthosis treatment of anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Method:A total of 60 patients with upper anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected.The same number was used for random grouping,the experimental group and control group had 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic periodontal treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with orthodontic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with oral edgewise arch orthosis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result:After treatment,the periodontal pocket depth,bleeding index,anterior tooth coverage and alveolar height of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease with oral edgewise arch orthosis is helpful to improve the clinical indicators,optimize the serum cytokine level,improve the clinical symptoms and optimize the clinical efficacy.
