医科院校大学生干部领导力培养路径分析——以S省A医科院校为例

大学生干部作为老师的得力助手,对学校教育工作和学生管理工作的开展起着关键作用。同时,随着社会的发展和医学的进步,医学研究与实践多人合作的特点对医生的领导力水平要求越来越高。为了培养适应社会需求的高水平医学人才,医科院校重视并提高大学生干部的领导力水平势在必行。目前S省A医科院校存在不重视大学生干部的领导力培养和缺乏相关理论与实践体系的问题,因此,应当重视党员学生干部和医学专业学生干部领导力的培养,同时通过开设选修课、加强辅导员相关理论学习、设立相关工作室等加强学生干部领导力培养。

As the right-hand man of teachers,college student leaders play a key role in the development of school education and student management.At the same time,with the development of society and the advancement of medicine,the multi-person cooperation in medical research and practice has an increasingly high requirement on the leadership level of doctors.In order to cultivate high-level medical talents that meet the needs of the society,it is imperative for medical colleges and universities to attach importance to and improve the leadership level of college student leaders.At present,the medical university the writer is working for does not pay attention to the leadership training of college student leaders and lacks relevant theoretical and practical systems.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the leadership training of student leaders by opening elective courses,strengthening counselors'learning of related theories and setting up related studios.
