Nowadays,in order to continuously improve the teaching level of ideological and political education in higher vocational education,we must pay attention to in-depth research on how to carry out ideological and political education reform.Based on the employment background of students,this paper explores the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education oriented by employment,and summarizes specific educational reform approaches,hoping that through further elaboration,the comprehensive quality of higher vocational students can be comprehensively improved,so as to further lay a good foundation for students'future development.
