在合唱指挥的培养与教学过程中,指挥艺术指导是为指挥服务的。在日常排练教学过程中,指挥艺术指导是如今音乐院校或综合性大学音乐专业中最普遍也最经济的教学方式。用两架钢琴代替合唱团,从作品的速度、力度、和声及音乐风格入手,引领学生通过合作艺术不断磨合。同时,从旁观者的角度客观地提出有价值的建议,从而使学生将指挥法中的技巧融会贯通,使作品精进。

In the training and teaching process of choral conductors,art direction,which serves for conductors,is the most common and economical teaching method among music majors in music colleges or comprehensive universities in daily rehearsal teaching.Using two pianos instead of the choir,starting with the speed,strength,harmony and musical style of the works,the art director guides students to cooperate with each through cooperative art,and puts forward valuable suggestion from the perspective of an onlooker,so as to enable students to master the techniques of conducting and to work on them.
