Practice and Reflection on College English Online Teaching under the Background of the Epidemic of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

新冠肺炎疫情背景下,各高校纷纷响应教育部"停课不停学"的号召,大学英语课程也采用了线上教学的方式。该文介绍了大学英语线上教学的实践过程,包括网上教学平台的选择、教学目标的确定、教学内容和教学方式的选择等,探讨了线上大学英语教学的优缺点,指出了今后大学英语线上与线下相结合的混合式教学模式的发展方向。

Under the background of the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the Ministry of Education called on all colleges and universities to"stop classes without stopping learning",and college English has adopted online teaching to answer the call.This paper introduces the practice process of college English online teaching,including the selection of online teaching platforms,the determination of teaching goals,and the selection of teaching content and teaching methods,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of college English online teaching,and proposes the future development direction of the blended teaching model combining online and offline college English teaching.
