The Protection Path of Financial Consumers'Right of Information Security from the Perspective of Comparison

随着互联网技术的日新月异,我国金融业得到迅猛发展,给消费者带来便利的金融服务和体验的同时,也带来了金融消费者个人信息安全问题。该文借鉴和参考域外国家和地区在消费者信息安全权保护问题上的经验和措施,提出我国金融消费者信息安全权的保护,应在立法、明确监管职责和建立多层次救济制度等方面做出进一步完善。

With the rapid development of Internet technology,China's financial industry has developed rapidly,which not only brings consumers convenient financial services and experience,but also brings financial consumers personal information security.Based on the experience and measures of foreign countries and regions on the protection of consumers'right of information security,this paper puts forward that the protection of financial consumers'information security in China we should make further improvement in the aspects of legislation,clear supervision responsibilities and establishment of multi-level relief system.
