“一带一路”背景下广西欠发达地区饲料产业电商精准扶贫的路径研究

Research on the path of targeted poverty alleviation for e-commerce in feed industry in less developed areas of Guangxi under the background of the belt and road initiative

在"一带一路"倡议的推动下,沿线各国都迎来了新的发展和机遇,而沿线各国中大部分人口为农业人口,推动了我国饲料产业的发展,广西依托其地理、人文优势在饲料行业领域发展迅速。但在广西部分欠发达地区,饲料企业普遍规模小、发展受限,在激烈的市场竞争下不占优势,同时广西欠发达地区还存在基础设施建设欠佳、服务能力有待升级、缺乏电商实用性人才、饲料产业电商发展模式未成产业链、缺乏品牌精准定位等问题。在此情况下,利用电商销售模式拓宽销售路径,借助新媒体热潮精准吸引饲料订单、打破饲料业销售壁垒,同时政府加大资金支持力度、引进与培养电商专业性人才、形成饲料产业电商产业链、精准品牌定位,激发欠发达地区脱贫内生动力,达到电商精准扶贫的目的。

In the“area”strategy,all countries along the way have welcomed new development and opportunities,and most of the population in the countries along the line are agricultural population,which promotes the development of feed industry in our country,Guangxi is the only one in our country is in the“area”and the"way"on the province,which relying on its geographical and cultural advantages has developed rapidly in the field of feed industry.But in some less developed areas in Guangxi,feed enterprises generally small scale,limited development,is not an advantage in the fierce market competition,and less developed areas in Guangxi has poor infrastructure construction,service capacity to be upgraded,lack of practical e-commerce talents,the development mode of feed industry e-commerce has not become an industrial chain,the lack of accurate brand positioning,and other issues.In this case,using e-commerce sales model to expand sales path,attract feed orders with the help of new media,break the barrier of the feedstuff industry sales,at the same time the government increase financial support,the introduction and cultivation of e-commerce professionals,forming feed industry e-commerce industry chain,accurate brand positioning,stimulate the less developed areas out of poverty endogenous power,achieve the goal of electricity precise poverty alleviation.
