山丹县主要气象灾害及防灾减灾服务对策

Main Meteorological Disasters and Countermeasures for Disaster Prevention and Mitigation in Shandan County

山丹县为典型的大陆性高寒半干旱气候,境内农业生产发展主要受到干旱、低温冻害、暴雨洪涝、大风以及沙尘暴等气象灾害的影响,脆弱的生态环境和极端天气已经成为制约该地农业发展的主要因素。本文通过分析山丹县主要气象灾害,有针对性地提出加强对地方气候特征进行了解,通过发展节水农业完善农业基础设施,加强草地林地等植被管理等措施提高该地应对气象灾害的能力,并达到减灾增产的目的。

Shandan County is a typical continental cold and semi-arid climate.The development of agricultural production in Shandan County is mainly affected by drought,low temperature and freezing damage,rainstorm and flood,gale and sandstorm and other meteorological disasters.The fragile ecological environment and extreme weather have become the main factors restricting the agricultural development in Shandan County.Based on the analysis of the main meteorological disasters in Shandan County,this paper proposes to strengthen the understanding of local climate characteristics,develop watersaving agriculture,improve agricultural infrastructure,strengthen the management of vegetation such as grassland and woodland to improve the ability to cope with meteorological disasters,and achieve the purpose of disaster reduction and yield increase.
