毛乌素沙漠砂制备混凝土配合比试验研究

摘要 随着中国在沙漠地区工程建设的快速发展和传统砂石资源日益短缺,沙漠砂资源化研究和工程应用备受关注。为有效缓解毛乌素沙漠地区天然筑路材料短缺,剔除普通混凝土中的粗集料的同时,混凝土中的细集料全部由沙漠砂代替,通过掺入活性胶凝材料提高沙漠砂混凝土刚度,掺入钢纤维提高沙漠砂混凝土抗变形能力。经配合比设计试验,制备出了具备不同力学性能的沙漠砂混凝土,力学性能最优的沙漠砂混凝土试样抗压强度达到了高强混凝土强度等级。不同配比的沙漠砂混凝土可满足不同道路等级、不同结构层次的需求。 With the rapid development of engineering construction in desert areas,and the increasing shortage of traditional sand and gravel resources,the research and engineering application of desert sand resources have attracted much attention.In order to effectively alleviate the shortage of natural road construction materials in the Mu Us Desert,the coarse aggregate in ordinary concrete is removed,and the fine aggregate in concrete is replaced by desert sand.The stiffness of desert sand concrete is improved by adding active cementitious materials,and the deformation resistance of desert sand concrete is improved by adding steel fiber.Desert sand concrete with different mechanical properties was prepared through the mix radio design test.The compressive strength of desert sand concrete with the best mechanical properties reached the strength grade of high strength concrete.Desert sand concrete with different proportions can meet the requirements of different road grades and different structural levels.
