Game Analysis of Government Behavior in Agricultural Environmental Pollution Accidents

农业环境作为农产品生产的基础与保障,关乎人民群众切身利益与健康安全,近年来各级政府也逐渐高度重视农业污染事故的处置。以农业环境污染事故中上级政府与污染地政府行为分析为出发点,对在污染事故中双方的行为构建博弈模型,进一步分析其内在逻辑,并提出部分针对性的建议见解,为今后农业环境污染事故处置提供相关借鉴。

As the basis and guarantee of agricultural products production,agricultural environment is related to people's vital interests,health and safety.In recent years,governments at all levels attach great importance to the disposal of agricultural pollution accidents.Based on the analysis of the behavior of the superior government and the local government in the agricultural environmental pollution accident,this paper constructs a game model for the behaviors of both parties in the pollution accident,further analyzes its internal logic,and puts forward some targeted suggestions and opinions,which can provide relevant reference for the future disposal of agricultural environmental pollution accidents.
