摘要
针对现代G4FC发动机润滑系统维护保养成本高、实物拆装教学困难的特点,结合Unity提出一种全新的G4FC发动机保养学习系统。该系统硬件主要包括服务器和开发板,软件部分分为基于Unity的G4FC发动机润滑系统模型处理、润滑系统拆卸和装配演示学习两部分。通过仿真实验证明,该系统与传统系统相比可有效提高对学习资源分配的正确数量,且交互性更强,实现G4FC发动机润滑系统的拆卸演示、装配演示、三维自由观察、交互操作。
In view of the high maintenance cost of modern G4FC engine lubrication system and the difficulty of physical disassembly teaching,a new G4FC engine maintenance learning system is proposed based on unity.The hardware of the system mainly includes server and development board.The software part is divided into two parts:G4FC engine lubrication system model processing based on unity,lubrication system disassembly and assembly demonstration learning.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional system,the system can effectively increase the correct number of learning resources allocation,and has stronger interaction.It can realize the disassembly demonstration,assembly demonstration,three-dimensional free observation and interactive operation of G4FC engine lubrication system.
