摘要
研究的目的是开发某军品装备复合材料拉挤工艺参数的数值优化和灵敏度分析方法,建立材料行为的数值模型,计算分析基体热力学特性与温度、聚合程度、热固性基体聚合的化学反应速率等的关系,以及与模具的热接触和机械接触的关系。
The purpose of this study is to develop methods of numerical optimization and sensitivity analysis of pultrusion process parameters of a military equipment composite material,establish a numerical model of material behavior,calculate and analyze the relationship between the thermodynamic properties of matrix and temperature,degree of polymerization,chemical reaction rate of thermosetting matrix polymerization,as well as the relationship between thermal contact and mechanical contact of die.
