摘要
在巴哈赛车转向设计中,转向立柱应满足比赛的强度要求,具有较高的工作可靠性。应用Solid Works软件建立转向立柱的三维模型,利用ANSYS软件对转向立柱进行有限元分析,研究转向立柱在紧急制动、急转向、越过不平路面3种特殊工况下的受力情况,并根据3种工况下的分析结果对转向立柱结构做进一步改进,使优化后的转向立柱重量轻、结构简单,满足赛场苛刻的赛道要求。
In the steering design of the Baja racing car,the steering column should meet the strength requirements of the competition and have high working reliability.Solid Works software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of the steering column,and ANSYS software is used to carry out finite element analysis on the steering column,and the force of the steering column under three special conditions of emergency braking,abrupt steering and over uneven roads is studied,and the structure of the steering column is further improved according to the analysis results under the three working conditions,so that the optimized steering column is light in weight and simple in structure,and meets the demanding track requirements of the stadium.
