硬质合金表面毛化织构成形规律分析

摘要 为了挖掘毛化织构在硬质合金表面实现微织构的应用潜能,基于激光熔凝技术,采用单因素分析法,研究激光器的输出参数对毛化织构成形的影响规律。结果表明,激光功率、脉冲宽度和扫描次数对毛化织构有着显著的影响,当激光功率低于50W时,毛化织构几乎不能成形,而随着激光功率和脉冲宽度的增加,毛化织构的直径和深度随之增加,并且合理控制扫描次数能优化毛化织构形貌的成形质量。 In order to find out the potential properties of fabricationg the convex micro-texture on the cemented carbide surface,laser remelting technology and single factor analysis were used to investigate how the output parameters of laser influences the forming of the convex micro-texture.The results show that laser power,pulse duration,and scanning number have a significant impact on convex micro-texture.Moreover,it hardly forms when the laser power lowers than 50W and the more laser power and pulse duration grow,the more diameter and depth of convex micro-texture expand.Notably,the formation of the convex microtexture can be optimized by reasonably controlling numbers of laser scanning.
