摘要
阐述粉末罐式集装箱的流化床的优化分析,并得出流化床角度、卸货口高度对卸货效率的影响。在流体力学计算软件Fluent中建立流化床流态化模型,对优化后的卸货系统进行仿真分析,得出卸货效果较好的方案。
This paper described the optimization analysis of fluidized bed of powder tank container,and obtained the influence of the angle of fluidized bed and the height of the unloading port on unloading efficiency.The fluidized bed fluidization model was established in the fluid dynamics calculation software FLUENT,and the optimized unloading system was simulated and analyzed,and the better scheme of unloading effect was obtained.
