摘要
随机振动载荷下的疲劳寿命是研究机械零部件动态特性的重要内容,机床在加工过程中要受到随机载荷的影响。选取某型号的机床床身为研究对象,运用ABAQUS进行随机振动响应分析,分别运用Miner线性累积损伤理论及基于FE-safe的随机疲劳寿命分析方法,对床身结构进行疲劳寿命计算。结果表明床身结构满足强度和可靠性要求。该研究为随机振动下床身结构的疲劳寿命分析提供了有效的计算方法。
The fatigue life which comes from the random vibration load is an important part of the study of dynamic characteristics of the mechanical parts.The machine tool is affected by random load when the machine tool is processing.Taking a certain type of machine tool bed as the research object,the random vibration response analysis was carried out by using ABAQUS.The fatigue life of the bed structure was calculated by using miner’s linear cumulative damage theory and the random fatigue life analysis method based on FE-safe.The results showed that the bed structure met the requirements of strength and reliability.An effective calculation method was provided for the fatigue life analysis of the bed structure under random vibration.
