摘要
通过对3003铝合金铸轧卷在不同的温度下进行退火实验,对其力学性能、组织进行分析对比。结果表明,在300~350℃退火温度下,3003铝合金晶粒细小,温度升高时晶粒会长大,抗拉强度和屈服强度会降低,不利于生产。
In this paper,the mechanical properties and microstructure of 3003 aluminum alloy roll casting coil were analyzed and compared through annealing experiments at different temperatures.The experimental results showed that the grain size of 3003 aluminum alloy was fine when annealed at 300~350℃.When the temperature increases,the grain would grow up,and the tensile strength and yield strength would decrease,which is not conducive to production.
