堆取料机中心漏斗存在的不足及改进措施

在装船过程中经常会大量应用堆取料机,堆取料机能帮助各个重工业行业有效地转移材料,提升整体工作效率。随着堆取料机使用时间的增长,如果没有进行及时的检验和定期的检修,可能会出现故障,堆取料机的使用寿命会因此缩短。基于此,分析堆取料机的性能和工作方式,在此基础上分析堆取料机应用过程中出现中心漏斗不足的原因和影响,指出堆取料机中心漏斗优化改进的相关措施,从而达到延长堆取料机使用时间、保障堆取料机使用安全性的目的。

Stacker reclaimers are often used in large quantities during the loading process.The stacker reclaimers can help various heavy industry industries to effectively transfer materials and improve overall work efficiency.With the increase of the use time of stacker reclaimer,if there is no timely inspection and regular maintenance,failure may occur and the service life of stacker reclaimer will be shortened.Based on this,this paper analyzed the performance and working mode of stacker reclaimer,analyzed the reasons and influences of the insufficient central funnel in the application of stacker reclaimer,pointed out the relevant measures for optimizing and improving the central funnel of stacker reclaimer,so as to extend the time of use of stacker reclaimer and ensure the safety of stacker reclaimer.
